Constant Readers,
I know I should have told you ahead of time that I was going to be on tee vee (local CBS affiliate, KPIX Channel 5). But I was nervous and didn't want to disappoint y'all. And while I know I still haven't perfected my tv interview skills, Ima share this video. It was filmed this morning.
Note that I neglected to ask where I was supposed to look (there were three cameras!) so the first part is me freaking out and rambling as I try to figure out what to do - at some point I just settled on the face of the very kind and competent Sherry Hu. I was on the show once before and I have to say it was great to see David M. and Cynthia K. again. Though Cynthia did point and laugh at me for wearing flip-flops, it was hard to be mad at her - she is gorgeous. At 7:20 a.m.. After a night shift. On second thought...
Special gratitude goes out to my dear friend Brian Leubitz at Calitics for capturing this video for me.

As usual, Melissa has far exceeded even the high expectations we have now grown accustomed to set for her.
Growing up, were you one of those child prodigies? Except instead of awkward and reclusive, gorgeous and a social butterfly? I bet you were.

All I can say, Melissa, is that you give good interview, girl.

Girl! You were born for it. You looked gorgeous, smart, competent and certainly very credible.
To make it on TV you need something called "Angel" and girl, you have tons of it.
Best wishes and hope this is only a token of good things to come.
